About BoardGamesBot
What is BoardGamesBot?
BoardGamesBot (BG Bot) is an AI assistant that reads your game manuals and answers rules questions instantly. Instead of digging through a 20-page rulebook mid-game, you can ask “Can I use this card twice in the same turn?” and get an answer based on the official rules you uploaded.
Who is it for?
It’s for board game enthusiasts who want smoother game nights—whether you’re a casual player tired of rule arguments or a collector with a large library. If you’re a rules lawyer who enjoys reading manuals, you might not need it, but it’s perfect for groups that prefer playing over parsing text.
Key features and use cases
Use the Smart Capture feature to photograph a card and get instant translation into English, or have the AI narrate your game story or read rules aloud for everyone to hear. You can narrate your screen in real time or import gallery images. It works with your own uploaded manuals, so you can use it with any game in your collection.

BoardGamesBot offers a free plan and a premium subscription at a founder’s price of $4.90/month. The premium plan includes higher usage limits and a 7-day money-back guarantee.
