About Bubbles
What is Bubbles?
Bubbles is an AI-powered meeting note taker and screen recorder that integrates with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. It automatically joins your calendar meetings to record, transcribe, and generate summaries with action items — so you never have to take notes again.
Who is it for?
Bubbles is designed for teams, freelancers, and enterprises who want to reduce meeting overload. It’s ideal for project check-ins, async feedback on designs, and client communication. It is not for one-on-one social calls or unscheduled chats.
Key use cases
Use Bubbles to skip low-value meetings: capture a quick async video reply instead of a 30-minute call. Review designs or websites with text, video, screen, and voice annotations. Check in on project timelines without disrupting your team. Guest collaboration works without signup or install.
