About Dataquest
What it does
Dataquest replaces passive video lectures with hands-on coding: you write real Python, R, or SQL in the browser, working through data analysis projects like analyzing NASA asteroid data or predicting housing prices. Trusted by 1M+ learners and rated 4.85 on SwitchUp.
Who it is for (and who it is not for)
Best for career switchers learning data science from scratch, students needing structured project-based practice, and professionals brushing up on SQL, Python, or Power BI for data analysis. It is not ideal for those who prefer video-based learning or need a broad range of general programming languages beyond Python, R, and SQL.
